  • Need to know how the women’s Jacket & coordinated pants fit as you have no measurements of these garments. Would you please provide measurements for both size 12 & size 14. Typical measurements: length of Jacket, sleeve length, shoulder measurement, bust, waist, hip for each size. Your size chart is very general for S-XL. Same for the ladies pants, need measurements for both sizes, waist, hips, rise, leg opening, etc…Are these traditional,/classic or more of a modern fit? Are they true to size or cut slimmer? Is there a single vent or ventless back for the Ladies jacket? Do the pants have a smooth waist with Satin band? Need answers quickly. Also how long for shipping? If size does not fit, will you except returns for a full refund? Where do you ship from? Thanks!

    For the item, we ship it directly from the manufacturer's warehouse (it is not stored in our warehouse).  The manufacturer does not have these specific measurements for us.  We only have the general size chart.  Regarding sizing, this is a more traditional/classic fit (not slim fit).  We do accept returns (30-day return policy, unworn, tags in tact).  We do not currently have answers on the other questions.

    Suggestion:  in your case, since you are looking for exact measurements, we recommend that you try visiting some local stores in your area so you can try on items.
